I didn't start really using email templates until 2017 when I was just slammed with emails. I would have a laundry list of to-do's, but I could never get everything done because I was spending all day on emails! I realized that I could save so much time by creating email templates. So, I went through the last 50 emails I had sent out and recognized a pattern...I was literally saying the same things over and over again. The next day, I sat down and spent a few hours just creating email templates that I could use over and over again, yet customize for every bride.
